Food Services 2030: A Learning Journey from Vision to Commitment

Switzerland's food service sector doesn't need another report – it needs a shared vision and commitment. The Learning Journey “Food Services 2030” brings together a curated group of decision-makers from system and community catering to learn from the world's leading example for future-proof food services: Copenhagen. Drawing on evidence-based transformation levers, including findings from the Gastro Green Shift project, participants will develop a shared vision and Swiss implementation roadmap.
