Field to Community Table – Regional Future Kitchen Alpstein-Lake Constance

The aim of the project is to overcome the structural decoupling between regional production and institutional catering. Using the example of a tandem consisting of an urban and a rural area, cooperation and supply models will be developed and their feasibility tested – guided by the question of how institutional catering can be designed through regional partnerships and courageous governance in such a way that sustainable nutrition becomes the new everyday standard.
