Calim Lausanne

The project aims to create a community food cooperative in Lausanne to rebuild social connections around food through democratic processes, provide access to healthy, high-quality food for the entire population, revitalize agricultural sectors by developing favorable conditions, and ensure the practical implementation of the right to food on the ground. Pilot projects are planned, notably in the Bosson, Blécherette, Boisy, Valency, and Sallaz, Vennes, Praz, and Séchaud neighborhoods.
