Veggies for all!

“Veggies for All!” tackles declining vegetable consumption in Switzerland by addressing structural barriers to healthy eating. The project combines vegetable box subscriptions with inclusive pricing approach and simple recipes and cooking support to make healthy food affordable, accessible, and routine-based, especially for disadvantaged households. By linking public health, social inclusion, and local food systems, it aims to create lasting dietary changes and scalable impact.
