millefoli – Community Herb Gardens as Local Food Infrastructure

millefoli is a community-based herbal tea and medicinal plant project in Zurich. Together with local residents, we cultivate herbs, process them into fresh tea blends, and experiment with a solidarity-based subscription model that reconnects people with local food production. The project combines climate-friendly urban agriculture, biodiversity, neighborhood participation, and affordable access to healthy plant-based products while testing new models for food commons and local food infrastructure.
