Made Regional, Made Easy – a shared food production hub

Regional food is available, but rarely convenient. The Food Production Hub – a consortium of a socially oriented production enterprise, regional shops and network NGOs connecting farms and gastronomy – builds shared infrastructure that turns raw materials into ready-to-use products: fresh, prepared and frozen. We test whether collaborative, partnership-based production of convenience products makes regional food easier to access and economically viable for everyday kitchens, shops and community catering.
