Switzerland's food service sector doesn't need another report – it needs a shared vision and commitment. The Learning Journey “Food Services 2030” brings together a curated group of decision-makers from the sector to learn from the world's leading example for future-proof food services: Copenhagen.   Drawing on these best-case practice examples and evidence-based transformation levers (e.g. from the Gastro Green Shift project), participants will develop a shared vision and Swiss implementation roadmap.
