Co-Creating Regional Food Value Chains for Collective Catering

In this project, farmers, processors, collective catering providers and researchers collaborate to develop scalable products based on regional raw materials. Through shared infrastructure, participatory product development and cross-sector collaboration, we explore how regional partnerships can make healthy, sustainable food a everyday choice in collective catering. The goal is to create a transferable model for regional food systems that enables co-creation, shared risks & revenues across the value chain.
