Fair Food Alliance

The Fair Food Alliance develops a community-based distribution and logistics model that connects regional producers, consumers, retailers, and public institutions. Building on an existing pilot in the canton of Zurich, the project tests whether cooperative, inventory-free supply networks can provide affordable sustainable food, strengthen regional value chains, create fair market access for producers, and offer a scalable alternative to increasingly concentrated food distribution systems.
